SAWAJIRI Erika’s Mother’s response to drug-related incidents

Since SAKAI admitted to the police the fact that she had smoked amphetamines in Amami Ooshima Hotel 4 days before her husband was arrested, and that she, therefore, disappeared, it caused that TAKASHIRO Tsuyoshi and his spouse SAWAJIRI Erika got questioned, who were also at the same time watching the total solar eclipse in Amami Ooshima. Rumors even get about that SAWAJIRI is SAKAI’s “friend in drugs”. Sawajiri’s mother, all of a sudden, took the initiative to call “Tokyo Sports Newspaper”. “My daughter did not even know SAKAI. And she would not touch drugs. I have never found that sort of thing while cleaning her room. If she did, I would be her mom no longer. I will personally take her straight to the police station instead,” remarked Mama Erika excitedly, denying rumors about Erika’s drug abuse.
